Mentor Ohio Gym/body building equipment For Sale dirt cheap $200 OBO

Hey everyone in my 20-30s I lifted weights very extensively and have a sizeable basement gym,
. None of it is ROGUE all of it is Dicks grade. If you want a functional gym in your basement/garage this would accomplish it and I will sell it all for $200.00 if you pick it up by Wednesday afternoon. Direct message me and I'll take pictures of everything and send them to you.

List :

Dumbbells 20,25,30,35,40,60.
Kettle balls 20-30, medicine balls.
Treadmill old works, but heavy as shit. ( you can leave it if you don't want it)
Squat Rack,
Dead Lift bar,
Curling bar 300 pounds plates
Bench to lift
Stationary bike

Why So cheap:
I got a job offer on the west coast and while it would be great to make more off this stuff I just will end up paying a company to Junk it out when the house is sold in a few months. Or will get picked up by scrapers and I honestly would rather just have it go to someone who liked to lift.

You will need a truck or a U Haul or you will need to make a few trips its your call.

Moving to Orange County with a budget of 1.4 million.

Afternoon,

I'm moving to Orange county in the coming weeks and was just curious if we could get some recommendations on cities and locations to check out.(Absent the realtors sales incentive) I'll be working in Newport Beach and commuting from long beach till i have a permanent house purchased. The most important thing to me is Schools my son is 13 and an honor roll student and I really want to make sure he lands in a district that is good. We are moving from a place called Mentor Ohio which is a steadily above average school district. Additionally he wants to be a neurologist and attend UCLA or Stanford. Came in third in Anatomy in the Science Olympiads but lost in States. So if anyone knows of good science high schools please share.

Between me and my wife our total yearly compensation will probably land some where slightly north of 240k, my family is one of nerds and frankly that is fine by me
My son is an introvert and is in-to Pokemon and Warhammer40k , he isn't too big on sports but does enjoy rock Climbing. Riding bikes and roller skating.(he is toying with a skateboard but we don't really have the facilities locally to allow him to do it all the time) The thing I hate about our current game store scene is the absence of kids, and I would like him to have more friends his own age. So if there was one with more teens that would be awesome.

I'll be on my own out in CA for a few months while my wife wraps up the house out here so i have time to explore and learn the area's. Also I'm hoping it won't be too hard to make friends out here either I'm a 40k nerd into hiking and figured I would just volunteer till i meet some good people/families. But I'm open to suggestions as this is my first cross country move

I landed a job making 160k per year working for a insurance company in the area.I'm going out before for my family Just willing to take any advice on where to look for good schools. When my wife get s a job it should be somewhere near income of 225k. I share all this just so you can tell me if I'm making a huge mistake. I'm going to be staying in long beach while we begin the process of looking for a house? My budget is a bit weird I've saved 20-305 of every check I've earned so cash on hand is probably 200k to 250k then on top of that i have an emergency fund of 40k and normal emergency fund of 20k in my checking and Another 2k stashed in index funds because i grew up poor. My home in Cleveland will likely sell for 300-350k. I Spoke to a realtor online and honestly she seems confident i can qualify for a 1.2 million dollar home. But i haven't done a hard inquiry yet.

About me I'm 43 a history nerd who like to hike and play war-hammer 40k. , just your friendly insurance nerd. I'm also on the conservative side of daily life, but liberal in politics. I guess that means in practice that if you step on my shoe i say sorry and if you protest i'm fine with it. IDK. I don't spend a lot of energy worrying about peoples political beliefs.I guess this is a long winded way of saying I'm a kid from the Midwest who keeps his mouth shut. I've heard California is more politically active but I don't know. My wife and family is Jewish but Is there a Catholic community that I can volunteer with or is active in the community?

I generally get along with everyone, and honestly to be clear anyone that is willing to hang out with me i'm grateful for getting share time with.

I guess in general i'm really looking for advice on how to start shopping for homes and finding good school districts and making friends?
