Siphoning Strikes has up to a 65% chance to heal 3% max hp on lucky hit with cutthroat Skills. Undying aspect heals 3% hp per Skill cast.
Im running poison twisting blades and doesnt undying guarantee Hp back since im spamming core. Why would i go siphoning over undying? Idk if im missing something any input is appreciated!

Just got a potential upgrade. Much better DoT affix but worse dex. Is it worth? I cant see a noticable difference in dummy but i was wondering if theres a marginal upgrade when using the new one (new on on the right)
Essentially +12% dot dmg, +1% vuln, +1% legendary affix, -45 dex
Im running a Poison TB Rogue and I got a really good crossbow. Unfortunately when transfiguration cut out my max hp and gave me atk speed. Went from 43k hp from my old crossbow to 31k to my new one. My question is; is the aspd actually good and is 31k hp good enough for T12? I still die a couple of times with 43k and idk if its worth
choosing between these two Tyraels Might. Im pretty sure that 40% dmg reduc wins out but i just wanted to be sure
I managed to roll a pretty good 4GA Etna but im not sure if it's better than my 1 GA version. The 4GA rolled a Poison damage while the 1GA has double DoT affixes.
for reference im running a poison TB right now. I wanna know before i transfigure it.
