Aldi Dinner feat. Lamb & Pasta

Broke down the Seasoned Butterflied Lamb into 3 meals, pan-grilled one portion of chops/steaks. Cooked up two packages Priano Lemon Basil Tortelloni and tossed it in a brothy garlic, wine, & butter sauce. Served with some Chickpea Salad, tzatziki (homemade), feta, and southwest corn (Del Monte).

The lamb was relatively easy to work with, but I had to redistribute most of the seasoning as it was all on the fat cap. The tortelloni was delicious, & I sincerely wish they made some of their other flavors gluten free. It also turns out we would have been fine with one package, it expanded more than I expected; ended up using the leftovers in the next night’s meal.
