"Hello everybody, Duncan Rouleau here. We are pleased to announce that we will be changing the name of the franchise from Ben 10 to Ben 1, and the only alien he will be able to transform into is Four Arms. Kind regards!"
What is everybody's opinion on Matt Reeves's "The Ben" (2022)?
Paul Dano definitely stole the show as Darkstar and im glad Ester had a much more active role unlike in Nolans "Ben 10 Returns" (2012). Collin Farell's transformation into Animo was also incredible but it was kinda wierd how Ben coudn't figure out the Necroffrigian riddle especially when he gave birth to 14 babies before
Do you think it was an intentional design choice to give Aggregor blue streaks running down his face from beneath his eyes to resemble tears?
Aggregor form Ben 10: Ultimate Alien
The specific parts of the Andromeda 5 integrate so fluidly with his base design and his Osmosian parts like horns and eye shadows compliment it even more. The Amperii tenticles form his "hair" for example. Proportionaly he also just strikes a great silhouette with his heavy top body, square jaw, longer bulkier arms, shorter legs and a semi-hunched posture. He is also one of the few Ben 10 designs where i think the unintentional lack of detail because of the budget makes him look better, as he is more sleek looking and not unnecessarily complicated like how fan redesigns make him look.
Erasure of Balkan representation by MCU has to be studied
Would you guys be fine if Kevin was black in the comics? (pic unrelated)
BREAKING NEWS: First official look at Chris Evans as Ben 10K in the new Avengers movie
looks like the main villain is some guy dr doom??? looks like a Eon ripoff tbh
Ingnoring the writing/characterization, this has to be the WORST Vilgax design
I dont care if he's written on the same level of complexity as someone like Claudius, this design sucks balls. This design is equivalent of white people food, it is so generic. He looks like Kit Fisto fucked Kratos and then their baby was dropped into hydrofluoric acid. Everything from his human type musculature, to them giving him suction cups on his tentacles like real world cephalopods. He will probably get some type of cybernetic enhancements, but that still doesnt change the fact that the base design looks boring
Do we have any additional details about the scrapped subplot of Jesse being the reincarnation of Hitler?
Its hinted pretty heavily in the first season and obviously the nazis in the last season are a dead giveaway. The only thing Bince confirmed is that Holly was supposed to be possed by the ghost of Stalin and there was a planned showdown between her and Jesse in the Los Pollos parking lot
Why did the later seasons ignore Jimmy's Croatian heritage?
I thought it would come up, especially with the reveal that Lalo was a Bosnian supremacist
