I can't get my back engaged with pull ups

What ever I try I don't feel the pull up in the back only the biceps and a little bit shouders, i retracted my shoulder blades, opened my chest, tried everything the second I'm in air my back isn't even trying.

I have rounded shoulders and tied chest muscles but I'm trying my best and it's nothing I don't know what to do.

I probably never worked my back muscles properly in my life so I understand why this is so hard but I see the group of muscles that's supposed to work with pull ups it's a huge part of the back and I feel like 5% of it.

Please help.

Should I push up?

Last night I did a push up I didn't workout for a long time before that, three sets and I stand up feeling like my rounded shoulders are getting worse it's pulling my shoulders forward making it harder to place them backward like they're tied to the rounded shoulders posture.

I read multiple times before that doing push ups without working the back is bad for the posture but I only felt it last night.

I've been doing only push ups a lot in the the past and rarely work my back but today I want to start full body exercises should I keep the push ups or take them off until my back is as strong as my chest to keep balance?

[PC][unknown] a platformer game about a cowboy

I'm remembering a game I played very long ago (around 2005 _ 2006)

I don't remember much of it because I was super young but here's what I remember:

It's a platformer game, pixel art with very low quality looks kinda like riel heist from ufo50, you play as a cowboy, there's items you can use I think I'm pretty sure there was a gun, the background is dark and it strikes my memory looking kinda like spelunky classic in the tiles and level shape and I think it has the same level finish screen as spelunky

Help!

I tried alot of things nothing had a visible improvement, please help

It's been like 7 years I used to carry a very heavy bag to school everyday when people around me noticed it I think it MIGHT be the cause

Does the pelvis move with breathing?

So I'm this watching diaphragm breathing video by zac cupples in order to fix my terrible posture. And I got to a part saying how when you breath in the the pelvis rotates outward to increase the surface and I thought that's news to me I didn't know my pelvis moves but then I took a test putting my fingers on it and no this thing is not moving at all.

I connected this with the fact that I unconsciously hold my abs a little and block air off my belly while walking and because if I completely relaxed it it feels pushed out and uncomfortable I thought maybe my abs are doing the pelvis's job grabbing the stuff over the pelvis

What do you think?

Is the pelvis tilt really the root cause?

I've had a bad posture for so long anterior pelvic tilt rounded shoulders forward neck and everything and I read that the anterior pelvic tilt is the root cause and I didn't really remember when my problem started I'm 21 yo today but I found a picture of me when I was 13 and I noticed the rounded shoulders

It was a time when I used to wear a heavy back pack to school everyday which made a big pressure on the shoulders.

I don't know maybe it affected the pelvis too but I started questioning the pelvis being the root cause If anyone can help I'd appreciate it

Also it might be worth mentioning that I grew tall fast according to my relatives (probably everyone did lol) and I have an external tibial rotation which didn't seem to have an effect when I was younger
