Found a dump of a few different animals

I was wondering through a forest in Hampshire England, and smelt the scent of dead rotting creatures, investigated and found like 6 bodies of different species I believe them to be hares, a fox and some sort of juvenile deer. They all look like they were put there on purpose, some were missing heads and feet, and looked to have been gralloched with little to no other tampering to the bodies. Any advise on this, they were right next to a foot path.

Sparrow hawk?

Sorry for the bad photo, it was brown, with a bars on its tail, between the size of a blackbird and a crow (closer to crow)
