Hello everyone!

I am looking for advice on hospitals to work at in Palm Beach County. I am currently a newer nurse and have only worked at one hospital in the Tampa Bay area. I love the unit and hospital I work for (it’s a post-surgical unit). Everyone is helpful, kind, and fairly close knit. The hospital I work for is also a Magnet-designated one, and I noticed the closest magnet hospitals to PBC are Ft Laud/ Miami.

I am moving back down South to be closer to family and looking for good places to work, preferably good ratios and hospital/ unit culture.

Any advice is appreciated, thank you!!
