Master admission CGPA Importance

When applying for master in CS or ECE in the US universities like Purdue,CMU, Stanford, UC Berkeley, NC State, UT Austin, caltech and other universities, what do you think is like a good cgpa in undergraduate.

If the student applying from Tier 1 Indian college and like has come from and academically rigorous curriculum with very good courses going to the depth of the course.

Would really want something like cgpa ranges and their chances of admit, and what factors do you feel will support cgpa ( if the student has less cgpa then what do you think will battery compensate for the low cgpa)

If possible please answer in Cgpa out of 4 when applying.
Like 3.4/4.0 CGPA.

How are my chances of getting MS ECE with this profile? Purdue, Stanford , CMU , NCSU, UPenn, UC Berkeley and other universities has you suggest for this profile.

Hi everyone, I am targeting the fall 27 admissions.

My profile : BTech ECE from tier one IIIT ( International institute of information technology)

GPA of 8.5/10, with LOR from dept HOD, with whom I have done research work, and an assistant prof with whom also I have done research work.

Third LOR from a professor from IISC under whom I did an summer research internship.

7 research publications (4 first , 3 second authored) in International top IEEE conferences ( A and B conferences).

Open source silicon projects and one tapeout.

Relevant coursework and having undergraduate TA and RA experience.

GRE of 320 and like still yet to give TOEFL.

I am fine with both project based and thesis based MS, only thing is it should be from a good university and like should get a job after my MS. It would be really helpful,
If you could suggest my list of colleges that I should apply.
