Eggbeater is a live scoring app for water polo. A volunteer at the pool scores the game on a phone or tablet, and families watching from home — or sitting in the stands — see it update every few seconds: score, clock, who scored. Coaches get their stats out of it instead of keeping a clipboard.

It's a real product with real clubs using it, not a demo I built to farm testers. It's the Android build that needs the 14 days.

What I'd actually like flagged: anything slow or janky on your device; the back button, which I know isn't right yet and I want to know how wrong it feels; and anything confusing in the first two minutes.

You don't need to know anything about water polo. There's a demo tournament you can open without joining a club.

I'm the water polo parent who's been building the live-scoring app some of you tested at JOs this summer. Two asks, both small and both specific.

Six Android testers. Android is the version I have the least real-world use on — most of my testers ended up on iPhone. I'm looking for six people with an Android phone whose kid is playing this fall: high school, or 10u–14u club, either works. You'd use it at actual games and tell me when something is wrong or confusing. No survey, no call, just message me when it breaks.

Two people for the desk scoring app. There's a separate iPad app that does one thing — score a game from the scorer's table or single sided if you just want to focus on scoring with none of the other distractions. If you're the parent or volunteer who regularly scores, I want two of you. You'd run a real game on it and tell me where it got in your way. I'll walk you through setup, about half an hour.

DM me and I'll get you access. I'm not asking anyone to review it or post about it — I want it broken in front of me before the season gets busy.

🏊 Session III — Thu Jul 30 → Sun Aug 2, Dallas. 8 divisions, 138 teams, 545 games across Garland ISD and SMU. 10U and 12U Coed, 14U/16U/18U Girls, 14U/16U/18U Boys. Live scores in ~5 seconds, free, no login, nothing to install. Code JOS326 if you're typing it into the app.

📚 Sessions I & II are archived — permanently. Every game, every bracket, every box score, kept. That's 3,923 games · 23 divisions · 976 teams · 223 shootouts across the two sessions. Every team has its own page with its full schedule, results and power rating. Session I results · Session II results

🥇 The Session II story, if you missed it: Stanford Red lost to Newport Beach Blue 3–6 in group play, beat them 8–7 in the semi, then took 16U Boys 9–8 over Berkeley — the very last game of the session. Woollett Right decided all five Championship golds that Sunday afternoon, back-to-back from noon to 4:45. And in 16U Invite, the #13 seed LB Shore Black went 7–0 and never lost a game.

📈 Projected finish — every team now shows the range it can still finish in, and names the game that decides it. Not "1st–6th" frozen from last night: it narrows the moment a result lands.

🗺️ Locations — a venue-first board. What's in the water at that deck right now, what's left there today, across every division. Useful when you're deciding which pool to walk to.

▲▼ Movement arrows in the standings, anchored to your last visit — not to when we last rebuilt. Plus, next opponent inline on every row.

🏫 New: we're hosting high school seasons this year — and your first season is free.

One person at your scorer's table runs it; everyone who couldn't get to a Wednesday 5:30 start follows every play from wherever they are. ⚠️ One heads-up: USAWP hasn't released the Session II rosters yet — so cap numbers + names aren't in there yet. That's on their end, not mine; the schedule is all here now, and the moment USAWP posts the rosters I'll sync them for every team the same day, just like Session I.
