Overall a very affordable and detailed kit. The metal railings became very flimsy, I wish I had something to insert the pieces into. The rear rudders are very fragile. As a beginner (this is my second model), I felt this offered an easy assembly.

I made the water out of foam, glue and tinfoil. Looking back, I wish I carved deeper for the u boat to rest well in the foam, but I still think the overall look is convincing.
