Pantheon - Putting together a complete

I’m looking to get back into long boarding after a ten year absence. Been reading up here and think I’m leaning towards a Pantheon setup. But there are a number of options at checkout. Can anyone recommend a good combination of trucks, wheels, bearings, etc? I’m 175 pounds. Live in a very flat beach town where 99% of my riding will be smooth and straight. I love some flex. Hearing great things about the Trip but am open to other options! Thanks from a long time lurker…

Au Revoir Montpelier

As I prepare to leave town after two years of calling the capitol home my sincere takeaway is that it’s the most entitled, faux-woke, unfriendly place I’ve ever lived which has ranged far and wide.

I did enjoy the jogging path, Wilaiwan's, and Capitol Cannabis, and a few other silver linings.

I look forward to living in a place where spatial awareness, good driving, friendly hospitality, and open dialogue are still celebrated.

I expect derision and downvotes but it feels good to get this off my chest. Bah Humbug

Fat Bike?

Hi everyone,

First post so be gentle!
I’m 45. Just sold my traditional MTB and am looking to transition into a fat bike/cruiser.
$ isn’t necessarily the limiting factor.
I’m looking for comfort first and possibly something I can take on some sand. (Moving to Carolina Beach)
I’ve heard good things about the Trek Farley.
Any suggestions?
