2D Bridge with Pressure/Overtopping - Best Practices?

Anyone been using the new 2D bridge algorithm? Any best practices or recommendations? Specifically, I am looking for information on cell sizes on the bridge. From the User's Manual and Webinar, it looks like most applications use 4-6 cells (parallel to flow) on the bridge face. It also says that:

>HEC-RAS does not enforce faces along the edges of the bridge but this is highly recommended and up to the user.

So it seems like the recommendation is to have the cells <= 50% of the bridge width? Or at least two across the top? Just curious if that aligns with anyone's practical experience? Thanks!

HEC-RAS and Egnyte

Got this email and announcement from Egnyte about being able to run unsteady models on their cloud-storage server. Thought I would share it for people that have companies forcing Egnyte storage. I would still not trust it with my models at the moment.

Desktop App for Windows v 4.3.0 - Egnyte Actions Enhancements – Egnyte

>Save Errors for HEC-RAS Project Files: Saving geometry data (.g01 and related files) within HEC-RAS projects could produce intermittent errors, sometimes requiring users to save multiple times. The Desktop App now correctly handles HEC-RAS file operations, including support for additional HEC-RAS file types (.g0x, .p0x, .u0x).

Any place that sells fun Rochester refrigerator magnets? I have an out of state coworker who collects them and wanted to get him one of the Flower City. He is visually impaired so if there is a tactical element that would be cool! Thanks! 😎
