Make ratings actually matter
Feedback in case Ross Symons or any other dev is reading this thread.
While I appreciate all of the licensing and cosmetics updates as of late, the core issues I'm facing with this game are as follows:
In the matches I play, it's a crap shoot whether the player is going to be good or not. Sometimes, Sinner plays like an unseeded player, while some Joe Tennisplayer I've never heard of is the second coming of prime Roger.
The tournament results are never realistic. Often times, you see a lot of single digit seeds being upset in the first couple of rounds, so by the time you make the semis, it's you and high or unseeded players (in real tennis, you usually see the same 4-5 players get through to the semis of the grand slams).
Ultimately, I feel like the players DO have tendencies (aka some play defensive baseline, some are serve and volley, etc.), but there needs to be a better discrepancy between the QUALITY of players, both when playing them and in CPU simmed matches.
