Can I cut the top leaf that is against the tent ? Can i top one more time to make it a little busier ? Almostv3 weeks into veg .

About 1 week in veg at 40% light intensity . Just bumped it up to 50% . Wasn’t shaking the bottle of cal mag up until about 4 days ago so it wasn’t receiving a full dose of nutrients . Plant seems tall . Can I use LST clip or wire ? Is it to early to top ? been feeding 500ml daily .
