Chocolate Hazelnut and Meyer Lemon Entremet
The annual birthday cake I make for my partner.
Topped with some feuilletine, candied lemon peel and crisp chocolate tuiles.
This cake is a cluster bomb of textures and flavors…I’m surprised it’s not banned by the Geneva convention.
