We’re a working couple occupying the other two rooms. Both of us are pretty chill, friendly and easy-going.

• No unnecessary restrictions
• Personal space/privacy respected
• Friends visiting is fine
• No interference in your personal life
• We smoke & drink
• We eat and cook non-veg

Telugu/South Indian would be a nice plus for easier compatibility, but it’s not a strict requirement.

We’re mainly looking for someone clean, friendly and easy-going.

We basically don’t mind what you do as long as there’s cleanliness, basic mutual respect and no unnecessary nuisance/drama.

Friends visiting is completely fine. Regular overnight stays are preferably avoided, but occasional stays when genuinely required are okay.

If parents/relatives visit and you’d prefer the guy to temporarily stay elsewhere, that can also be managed for around 2–3 days.

Since this is a new setup, we’ll mutually arrange/rent common appliances like a washing machine, fridge and water purifier.
