Help me find a very plain moisturizer for acne prone sensitive skin.

I have allergies so my skin is always irritated from all moisturizers i try, even the ones that are listed for sensitive skin. I’m looking for a **very basic moisturizer** for acne-prone, sensitive skin. Ideally short ingredient list.

I’m trying to avoid⚠️:
oils/plant oils
fragrance/essential oils
niacinamide
alcohol
botanical extracts
acids/actives
squalane
triglycerides

Something with **glycerin, ceramides, panthenol, hyaluronic acid, etc.** would be ideal.

I’m in Germany, so pharmacy/online options are welcome.
pls help not even chatgpt is helpful

Is my older shift lead just being extra friendly, or is this whole dynamic weird?

hi, I’m (19F) and a bit clueless when it comes to social cues and reading people’s intentions. I work part time in a small supermarket, and my shift lead (27M) keeps doing things that leave me confused.

Here are a few things that have happened:
I hadn't seen him in 3 weeks. I came back wearing this green apple perfume and he asked if i bought a new perfume, said it smelled really good and something ending with “auffressen” (basically “devour/eat it up”). I unfortunately didn’t catch the exact wording, so I’m not sure whether he was talking about the perfume itself or directing the comment at me. Right after saying it, he quickly turned his back to look at a shelf and abruptly switched to talking about daily work tasks.

When a new coworker first started, I was outside chatting with her and guessing her age. When I asked her to guess mine, she said she already knew it because my shift lead had told her. The second she said that, he looked at her like he had just been got caught off guard and got awkward and quiet.

Once he lost his employee card, I scanned mine to help him out, and he called me "so ein Schatz" ("such a sweetheart"). There was one time i had a bandaid on my cheekbone cause i got burned and he questioned it and i said it’s just a burn and he was suggesting that i can put a burn cream on it meanwhile i was trying to move on with this cause i don’t like attention on my appearance.

He’s also never afraid to gossip or complain about other co workers to me which sometimes makes me uncomfortable and not know how to reply. Is this normal?
