How insane would it be to bring a mini portable fan to put inside my carriage ?
Im SICK of being so sweaty in class. Im over 110 classes and I love the results but it makes me want to quit going. I am a sweatier person in general while working out but gd is it unreasonably hot recently. I’ve noticed this over the past 6 months so it doesn’t feel as if its just the summertime. The past two classes I am sweating before the center core warmup is over.
Not sure if I care if I look insane but also I overthink things?¿
