Customer service in 2026 is wild

I handle a Travel agency WhatsApp for work. Very typical, respond to client inquiries nothing crazy.

Today, I opened the chat expecting standard work questions. Instead, I was greeted by an out-of-the-blue message from a past Traveller:

No "hello," no context, and no actual question about our services, just a raw rant dropped straight into a business inbox at 9:00 AM.

It’s wild to me that some people treat a travel agency business contact number like their personal Twitter soapbox. Do they genuinely think the person answering customer service chats is conducting foreign policy?
