DJI Osmo Pocket 4P– Weird purple/green artifacts and flickering in video mode.

I recently got my Osmo Pocket 4p, and I've noticed some really strange purple/magenta and green artifacts when recording in regular Video mode, especially around bright areas like windows.

It's not just a purple tint. There are also weird patterns, color artifacts, and flickering that seem to appear and disappear as I move the camera.

In the attached video, I start recording at 1×, pan from the window toward the backyard, then switch to 3× and repeat the same movement. The artifacts seem to be happening only at 1×, while the 3× footage looks normal.

What's even stranger is that I don't seem to have this problem in Photo, Low Light, Slow Motion, or Timelapse modes. It only happens in regular Video mode.

Here are my settings:

- Exposure: Auto (also tested at EV -0.7)

- White Balance: Auto

- App Glamour Effects: Off

- Beautify: Off

- Color: Normal 10-bit (also tested D-Log 10-bit)

- Film Tone: None

- Focus Mode: Continuous

- Breathing Compensation: Off

- Image Adjustment: 0, 0

- Low-Light Image Enhancement: Off

I've already tried lowering the exposure and switching between Normal 10-bit and D-Log 10-bit, but the artifacts are still present.

I didn't notice this when I first unboxed the camera, although I was mostly testing it at night. Now that I'm recording during the day, the problem is very noticeable around bright windows and sunlight, even the tv.

Has anyone experienced anything similar with their Pocket 4P?

Could this be a firmware or image-processing issue, or does it look more like a defective sensor?

The camera is brand new, so I'm trying to figure out whether this is something that can be fixed through settings or firmware, or if I should request a replacement.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
