Exhausted after a detailing a car

I’ve been doing detailing for about close to 2 years in total as a side hustle by myself and I’m relatively new to it (no expert) but every-time time I do a detail job I always feel exhausted and tired.

I really hate it because I really don’t want to do anything after wards but my goal is to squeeze at least 2 cars in a day.

I’m in decent shape for a 22 year old so I try to combat this by doing a mini workout (I.E push-ups and squats) stretching, having a healthy meal (before a detail), drinking some coffee or an energy drink (by moderation). This tends to work but I still feel somewhat tired.

I just want to do better after every detail job and want to do what’s best for my customers.

Is there anything that I can keep in mind or add to fix my exhaustion?

Amazon Gift Card Disappeared

Was going to buy something on Amazon that I really wanted, but found out there is no gift card available for Amazon. Every time I search Amazon, it leads to a donation. I see others have had a similar problem, but they all seem to be working now. I have the dreaded "Unusual search activity may limit your ability to earn points"; however, I do not know why it says this, as I search normally and fairly.

Can someone please tell me what's going on and how long it will last? It's been almost a month since this has been happening.

I just got done detailing my grandmas truck and she wanted me to do her trunk. I was going to use soapy water but I felt uncomfortable doing that since it might mess it up. Would a broom and just water help?
