looking for gluten free celiac friendly restaurants with private rooms in town 😊

I’m moving into a new build home and I’m a first time home buyer. What do I need to set up before I move in? Obviously home insurance. Do I need to contact the city for a garbage and recycling bin? How do I set up my community mailbox?
