rip dumpling♥️
my boy was 2 years old and stopped eating roughly a month before he passed. after three weeks of not eating but looking like he was going to shed i assumed he was just having a rough shed or something cuz the top of his head shed and then a week went by and i took him to the vet. his blood was light and translucent. blood test came back and vet said he had gastric neuroendocrine tumors. it was such a relief to know that i hadn’t done something wrong or missed anything because i was super anxious that i could have helped him but the vet said this doesn’t show symptoms until it’s already too late and spread. he had a beautiful last day at the beach he popped out of my jacket and crawled onto the warm sand and opened his eyes and saw the sunset it was so perfect. i loved him with my whole heart.
