I’m having multiple people claim their package was delivered but they never received it. I deny the refund becuase it says dropped off at mailbox. But TikTok always sides with these buyers even though they are clearly lying. I had another person cut out cardboard and say this is what they sent me in the bag and then I also lost money their it’s so stupid how do you guys keep TikTok from always listing to buyers blatant lies?

I am a new creator averaging maybe 250 in gmv daily around 12-15 sales daily on average. What is the best way to advertise my product without spending absurd amount of money I need at least a 20x roi daily like if I spend 10 bucks on an add I need atleast 200 dollars in sales. Profit margins are thin.
