Neck acne? Razor bumps? This area has been trouble for years and I’m looking for advice

Hi all!

I have had these bumps / sores / acne spots, whatever they are, for years and I cannot figure out what to do about them! I am very cautious when shaving around the area, you can actually see how I’m not getting all the hairs in these photos, but what could this be?

- Clindamycin 1% lotion nightly after showering
- LaRoche Posay Matte Moisturizer every morning
- CeraVe Foaming Cleanser with showers
- Wash sheets and pillows weekly
- Estetist Razor Bump Stopper after each shave: this helped slightly in the beginning but it’s back to normal now, I’m wondering if the ball applicator has gotten bacteria on it and now when I use it I’m just rubbing bacteria back into the area. If that is the case then I need an alternative to this product
- Change razors regularly and only use them on my face/neck
- Gillette Fusion Pro shaving cream

Loan Repayment

Pharmacists! I need your help.

I am an incoming P1 and am absolutely astonished by loan cost. When I am doing my calculations for what my estimated total repaid amount will be (after a 10 year repayment strategy), I am getting insane numbers.

I want to know how much debt you graduated with, what your monthly payment is, and how long your estimated payoff is. I’m getting almost 4k a month when I’m doing the math and want to see if that sounds normal lmao.

I know I want this degree, I will not be talked out of it, but I’m deciding between two schools that change the numbers by about 90k. The problem is the cheaper school is one of the bottom 5 schools in the nation.

Thank you all!

Edit to include dollar amounts;

Notre Dame of Maryland University:
Principal Balance including cost of living: $265,860
EST. Balance at Graduation: $318,028
EST. Monthly payment @ 7.94%: $3,848
2025 NAPLEX First Time Pass Rate (n34): 55.9%
2025 On Time Graduation Rate(n35): 85.7%

Howard University:
Principal Balance including cost of living: $333,190
EST. Balance at Graduation: $398,570
EST monthly payment @ 7.94%: $4,823
2025 NAPLEX First Time Pass Rate(n32): 84.4%
2025 On Time Graduation Rate: 71.2%

Going to pharmacy school this fall and as of right now my only acceptances are Howard and Notre Dame of Maryland University. These schools have been notorious for being some of the worst in the country for NAPLEX first time pass rates the past few years. I did not have a great undergrad career by any means, I changed my major, switched schools, and was not trying for the first year which left me with failed classes that were never retaken because of the major change.

I know UMD or UMES are the better options, I was not accepted into either and have asked them to re-evaluate my application, they both rejected after re-evaluation.

Howard DID have mid 80s NAPLEX pass rates for the 2025 class. Most schools had an increase, and I believe it’s because this would’ve been 2021 freshman, when most were back in person full time.

If there are any other suggestions for schools I will apply to them now, but the way I’m looking at it is these two schools can give me a degree and I know I will put the work in to succeed.
