Hey, I found these bottles in a small river in Germany.
I‘m having trouble identifying them and was wondering if someone could help?
- The second bottle is about 4,5cm big
- the green bottle has some air bubbles and the number 6 on the side

I‘ve been struggling with low self esteem for most of my life (I’m 22y) but I remember a time where I was confident in everything I did.
I’ve been working on feeling and being comfortable and confident for a at least ten years (also in therapy). I know it’s a long process and I’ve definitely improved but I still struggle with questioning myself, and pretty much everything I do daily and I would like to know, if anyone has any helpful tips or ideas how I can gain more confidence within me without overthinking EVERYTHING.
