What would you do in this situation?

Strawberry Fizz. Flowering time 49-56 days. We are on day 45 and I noticed the trichomes are turning amber. Would you wait it out or go for the cut?

Also my Grandmommy purple main cola broke two days ago on day 43. The flowering time is 56 - 63 days. I placed the broken stem in a cardboard box and put it in my closet. Will losing that cola at 6 weeks in flower going to affect my plants negatively? If I start seeing any issues should I chop her early?
