Finding a job as a grade 11 student

Has anyone else have any luck in finding a job? Ive been applying both online and in person since i turned 16 (June of last year)
since then i’ve only gotten one interview (which i didn’t get because it was during a time where I was busy with school and hockey) and 4 emails of jobs actually reaching back to me (which obviously told me they went with a different participant)

I graduate at the BMO center in Calgary and we’re the biggest graduating class at our school with roughly 450ish graduates (double than class of 2025).

I am nervous about the ceremony, do the people graduating stand in a line near the stage or behind the stage and then just walk upfront and receive the diploma?

After recieving the diploma do you go take a seat or can you leave?

Are you able to put on your gown at the ceremony in like a change room, or are you expected to just show up with it on

Do teachers say something about the person who is graduating as they walk towards the stage? (ex. “loren ipsum was a great student” or make a subtle joke about the person) or do they just call out names continously and everyone just collects their diploma and leave?

sorry for all the questions 😅, Once again I’m just nervous as this is my first time in such a big event and I have also never been in the BMO center (all our previous graduations have been held at jack singer concert hall) so i don’t know how the setup looks like. I also don’t have many friends to celebrate with during the ceremony, heck not even a ride there (which is also why i’m nervous). I appreciate the answers, have an amazing day
