Leverage edu is a scam.

For my abroad education i came across an advertisement of leverage edu and clicked on it and filled details as I always aspired to study abroad with scholarship.
One counsellor of their company named Shivang Mishra from Noida head quarters of Leverage Edu connected to me and my father via a call then told us about everything then proceeded to make a fake hurry for less seats available for this opportunity and tried to use aggressive sales tactics to lure my father into believing them. We were told that in Italy there he will personally find me a job and let me work for 20 hrs a week which will pay me between 1 lakh rupees inr which I can use to pay my livelihood in italy. He also told us that if we don't pay now or take a loan to join their italy public program worth 2.5 lakhs which will be no cost emi, I will never be able to go to Italy. He gave me a university shortlist which looked like some amateur has created it and from then on my doubt grew bigger about the genuinity of Leverage Edu.
My father who is a self employed person believed them and they made my father a loan from Fibe and Propelled which are financiers tied to Leverage Edu.
It's monthly emi was 21135 inr / month for 12 months as auto-pay from my father's account. I told Shivang Mishra that my mother is sick for many years and needs constant care that's why if she fells sick again I might have to withdraw myself from the plan. Shivang Mishra who was literally a certified liar who kept on making false promises that he will cancel it if something happens to my mother.
Days passed by i got absolutely no help from them on anything. They keep on telling me lies about my process and after 1 month, I tried to visit Kolkata branch of their company in Kalighat hazra road to make sure that even the persons are talking genuinely or not. That Liar Shivang Mishra called me and threatened me that If I visit Kolkata branch for any information he will stop my process right away and make unnecessary problems to it. We got afraid and thought of not visiting but somehow we decided to visit then we got to know that everything told by Shivang Mishra was all lie and no process has been done yet. We were literally so shocked that did they scam us ? But then Shivang Mishra called me and tried to use sweet tone to calm us up by saying that those are technical difficulties and will be fixed soon.
After that we lose hope on the organisation. Unfortunately my mother also got very sick so that I called Shivang Mishra to tell them that I want to close my loan . He told me about a 4 weeks review process which will go on after I email. I did all the processes they have told me and also guided me to pay my first emi i.e 21135 inr to clear everything and proceed on the loan cancellation process and assured me that after the first emi payment they will cancel it but once we paid it via the first emi on July 5. They stopped picking up my calls and also threatened us that Fibe and Propelled are very aggressive on loan recovery so if u don't pay they will do this this and this to you, Literally shows their audacity of how they even care about students future.
But the thing is that why would we pay for the loan when we didn't even get the money ( 2.5 lakhs ) from those lenders instead they gave that money to Leverage edu directly without even taking our consent of disbursement and the most disgusting thing is I got no facility or no assistance from Leverage edu then why I need to pay for the loan.
They took 4 weeks and 21135 inr just to tell me that they need another 31079 rupees for other expenses then I told them to show me the details on which they are asking for another 31079 rupees. They insist to tell me miscellaneous expenses were done .
When I contacted Shivang Mishra again and guess what like any other scammer , He told me that he left the company and he doesn't know anything about me at all and stopped picking up my calls thereafter. He gave me an number of Neha wadhwani who was the manager but she never picked up my calls and after I emailed them a lot they told me that Neha wadhwani has also left the company due to unknown reasons.
At that situation my family condition was very bad as we have a patient at home and I've as per their demand gave all the medical documents to them via email but they still tried to make another 31079 rupees for nothing, even after paying 21135 rupees literally for nothing they want another 31079 for closing my loan.
After all these haphazard we've been through we decided to stop paying any emi from then on and also we filed an national consumer complaint against them.
We've also emailed Fibe and Propelled about this and written to them the same aswell.
As I researched more I found many people have been through the same issue. Leverage Edu as a company is scamming students for their own company benefit, they only care about money and they are literally like blood sucking leeches. They don't have any humanity left inside them, My mother has been suffering from mental sickness for 15 years and is terribly sick but they only care about money which they don't even deserve. They are charging money out of nothing once they were asked any valid questions they just try to intimidate me by saying that the finance company will use aggressive method against you and will harm you.
My question is how they even ask for money when they haven't done any process whatsoever.
Action taken by me:
National Consumer complaint.
Will take the RBI ombudsman complaint if further threats come from those companies ( Fibe and Propelled) .
Will also file a lawsuit on all the companies for fraudulent techniques to lure student into loans.
Please don't trust Leverage Edu at all.
They are scammers who run their company by scamming ambitious students and throwing them into debt crisis.
Solution:
If you are suffering from the same issue please don't trust any of their promises as I also possess many recordings on which they claimed they will cancel my loan but never cancelled it.
Just don't pay anything to them i.e stop paying emi and create a complaint via national consumer helpline and RBI ombudsman.
