Greetings, I am a Cloud DevOps Engineer with 6.10 years of experience. I was offered a position with 22 lpa as fixed with 10% as variable for a senior Consultant 2 position. When queried further, HR stated that this is the maximum that leadership has approved if I'm not interested, we would need to withdraw the candidature. My current remuneration package is 17.1 as fixed with 2 lakhs as a fixed variable.

What should I do? My expectation is around 30.
