[AZ]- recruiting team restructuring
Arizona - The recruiting team got put under a talent acquisition director as oppose to the Hr director. The new director has no experience in the industry (niche industry) and is micromanaging everyone / hiring a new manager and recruiter she knows from previous jobs.
Shes paying the recruiter more than current recruiters in the company for 4+ years. When she has 2 years of experience.
Everyone wants to leave and is fed up with how bad she treats them.
The current manager resigned but they brought her back. But it’s uncertain if she will stay.
Is this legal? Is there anything the team can do?
