Pag-IBIG Journey as a VA 🏠
Hello! Share ko lang yung timeline ng Pag-IBIG process namin thru the developer. Baka makatulong din sa mga VA/self-employed na nag-aapply ng housing loan😊
July 11 — Nag-onsite visit kami, nag-reserve ng unit, paid ₱50k reservation fee, then submitted the required docs.
July 13 — Pumunta kami sa Pag-Ibig pero unfortunately closed. So nag-decide na lang ako magbayad thru Virtual Pag-IBIG para ma-reactivate yung membership ko.
July 14 — Nag-send ng 1x1 ID, updated COE, and other docs sa documentation team for final checking before nila i-submit sa Pag-Ibig.
July 18 — Nag-send ulit ako ng last updated COE.
July 21 — Na-forward na yung complete folder namin to Pag-Ibig
July 23 — Employment verification/CI.
August 3 — Received our NOA! 🎉
August 4 — NOA signing and punchlisting.
August 5 — BVS completed.
August 14 — Nag-early move-in kami habang waiting pa sa loan takeout. Since hanggang Aug 15 na lang yung contract namin sa current rental, we requested an early move-in from the developer. Thankfully, na-approve naman🥹🏠
August 17 — Finally received the text from Pag-Ibig na loan takeout na! 🎉
So overall, around 5 weeks yung naging process namin from reservation hanggang loan takeout.
Sharing this kasi I know maraming VAs/self-employed na kinakabahan mag-apply ng Pag-IBIG housing loan. Hopefully makatulong yung timeline namin!😊
