I can’t seem to use the walkie talkie in 402 like the goal suggests. I’ve already exhausted all the options of talking to everyone -asking about ghosts with Larry as I haven’t gotten that far. Anyone know how to use this thing?

Need some tips on these and if any of them would be too major of a downgrade.
I’ve been suffering since last Saturday, showed up as a patch of pimple like bumps on the back of my arm (hasn’t gotten any bigger has been this size since the start), started turning into this ring. Haven’t had any exposure to ring worm but I’m not entirely sure if I can rule that out yet. This is the only spot I have it’s unbearably itchy and I’ve started to have constant migraines and fatigue since it showed up. I’ve tried antifungal cream and steroid cream.
