Like istg most of cant even end a sentence without saying it. its become so... idk normalized almost like normal slang. im curious why it became so normalized here, especially since the word has a very specific history in places like the US.

Also, where do people think Maldivians fit into this? We are generally dark-skinned/brown, and a common response on social media whena white/european person says the N word is "you are white you cant say/you dont got rhe pass" but does that actually mean Maldivians can say it (since most of us are dark skinned), or is the reclaimed use more specific to Black/African-descended communities?

so im looking into buying a Godox studio flash kit considering models like Godox MS300V / SK300II-V / SK400II-V.

the issue is that many Amazon US listings show Operating Voltage: AC 110V–120V (not only on Godox on like all brands), and apparently google says Maldives uses around 230V and I should avoid plugging 110V lights directly into local sockets? Is this true and if it's true whats the solution?

Has anyone here bought a lighting kit in Maldives before?
