Is this acceptable?
The floors were originally pretty rough. He used wood filler on a lot of it but I didn’t think it would look like this. Also there’s quite a few look planks. Is this normal practice? I have no subfloor house is 1910. They put 2x6 in the basement in a few areas where they did repairs and actually replaced the planks.

Looking to buy this 110yr old house with some bad grading in my opinion. Sits much lower than the house next to it. It has old interior water proofing that seems to be functioning but I’m still concerned what’s behind the plastic waterproofing panels covering the foundation. It has a couple areas where the pavement is sloped towards the house. Should I pass? The side I’m worried about is covered in pavement(sidewalk) next to driveway and rear entrance.
