I tried manifestation for 30 days without missing a single day… here’s what actually happened

I went into this as a skeptic, not expecting much.

For 30 days, I practiced manifestation every single day (visualization, affirmations, journaling, focusing on one specific outcome).

I didn’t change anything else in my routine on purpose, just to see if anything would shift.

What happened surprised me:

Some things I focused on started showing up in small, unexpected ways

My mindset and attention definitely shifted

A few “coincidences” felt way too aligned to ignore

But at the same time, not everything worked the way I expected, and some goals didn’t move at all.
