Guys share ko lang to kasi baka makatulong sa inyo lalo na sa mga VA at naghahanap ng work online.

Alam nyo yung mga tools na Mailchimp, Lemlist etc? dba Mahal yunnasa $30-$100 per month. Para sa atin na freelancer o naghahanap pa lang ng clients, hindi worth it yun lalo kung paminsan minsan ka lang magpadala ng bulk email.

Ganito sya gamitin:

• I-connect mo yung Gmail mo gamit ang App Password (hindi yung tunay mong password – yung special na code na ginagawa ng Google para sa third party apps) pag punta mo ng app may option lng dun to create one for your account
• Mag upload ka ng CSV ng mga recipients mo o i-type mo na lang isa isa
• Isulat mo yung email mo, may {Name} placeholder para personalized yung matanggap nila
• I-send mo na – automatic na niya ini-throttle para hindi mamark as spam

Mga tanong na baka meron kayo:

safe? Oo – hindi niya ginagamit o sinasave yung tunay mong Gmail password kahit kailan. Yung App Password nandoon lang habang nagse-send ka, pag nagsara ka ng tab wala na agad.

Paano yung spam filters? dumadaan sa sariling SMTP servers ng Gmail yung emails mo, si Google mismo ang bahala sa lahat ng authentication. Wala kang kailangang i-configure.

Ilang emails pwede per day? Depende sa Google – 400/day kung personal Gmail ka, 900/day kung Workspace. Hindi naman yun limit ng app, Google talaga yun.

Ano yung hindi niya kaya : walang drip campaigns, walang scheduling, walang auto unsubscribe, walang CRM. Kung kailangan mo ng ganyan may bayad na tool talaga ang kailangan mo.

Pero kung ang kailangan mo lang ay magpadala ng personalized bulk email, libre, walang sign up. okay na to.

Btw, yung reputation naka base parin sya sa email ninyo - so kung spammer kayo, bad reputation yung domain ninyo or yung email mismo, mapupunta parin sya sa spam ng receiver - hndi kasalanan ni app yun 😛 tulong lng tlga for mass sending 😄

so i've been doing cold outreach for a while and honestly got tired of paying $30-$100/month for tools like Mailchimp or Lemlist when i only need to send a few hundred emails ocasionally. So I built a simple web app to solve this for myself and figured i'd share it here.

Its called sendanemail . xyz and heres basically how it works:

• You connect your Gmail using a Google App Password (not your actual password – its a seperate code Google generates for third party apps)
• Upload a CSV of your recipients or just type them in manually
• Write your email with a {Name} placeholder for personalization
• Hit send – it goes out throttled so you dont trigger spam filters

The main things people usually ask about:

Is it safe? Yeah – your real Gmail password is never used or stored. The app password lives in memory only during the session, close the tab and its gone. Everything is encrypted and theres a CAPTCHA to prevent abuse.

What about SPF/DKIM/DMARC? Gmail handles all of that automatically since emails go through Gmails own SMTP servers. Nothing to configure on your end.

Sending limits are set by Google not the app – 400/day for personal Gmail, 900/day for Workspace accounts.

What it doesnt do (being honest here): no drip sequences, no A/B testing, no scheduling, no CRM integrations, no auto unsubscribe links. If you need any of that, a paid tool is probaly the better fit.

But if you just need to send a personalized batch email to your list today, for free, without signing up for anything – this does exactly that.
