Has anyone went in to the dealership to get the 21D recall fixed and how was your process? I’m going in tomorrow and I want to know how long it takes for that to be fixed, plus an oil change lol. I have a jeep 4xe Willy’s 2024
How long does it take to get a new key fob from the dealership? When I bought my 2024 4xe Willy it did not come with a spare. My key was “lost” so I dropped it off at the dealership on the 23rd of July and it’s now July 29th and they’re saying it’s not getting here til the Friday the 31st. This is after they told me it only takes 2-5 days. Is this normal or….?
