Hi everyone, I’m a new student starting at mathematics degree in September, I was wondering how it was? In all aspects, students, teachers, time management, is it possible to actually push through the bachelor even if you don’t have exceptional talent in math, is there a majority gender ratio? The last question is curiosity since my whole life I’ve always been friends with mostly girls as I had a hard time with boys, due to me being « feminine », of course the gender ratio isn’t what’s gonna make me change my mind it’s just that I’m a bit scared to be in a completely new environment with new settings

Hey so yeah, I was swiping hinge after a short few days break, I always try to send messages and be interesting when I swipe so as to not mindlessly swipe
I see this cool profile and one of her prompts is « I could talk about the patriarchy, capitalism and some other ism ( I forgot 😭) for hours » I think it’s pretty cool since I’m a big fan of talking about that too, I consider myself to be fairly « woke » at least I’ve been called that before
So I tried to be funny by saying « I mean if you think about it, everything is a problem of the patriarchy (I have no idea what I’m talking about I just know when there’s a problem in my life, I can blame patriarchy #forverwoke » yes with the type in « forever » lol
After I sent that message I thought shit it sounds like I’m mocking her when I was just sharing my opinion with a joke 😭, I truly do believe that most of our problems are because of the patriarchy but in the message it sounds like I’m some anti feminist incel 😭😭😔😔💔💔 I was and still am so embarrassed that I just deleted hinge hoping she wouldn’t see the message
