Density problems still. Need second hair transplant?

Density problems? Second Hair transplant?

Post got taken down since mods here don’t let you name the clinic. These are pictures from month 10 and not super happy with the density.

No new hairs have came in since about month 7 ish so I think we are towards the end of growth besides a bit of more thickness of the actual hair but who knows.

Do you think I should go back and get a second hair transplant from that same clinic? I had the technicians do it and they said I could go back for a second one for free but don’t want to be disappointed again.

I know it won’t ever match the same density of my normal hair but did they just do a bad job or what happened here?

If anyone has any recommendations of doctors that could fix this let me know!

Low density. Bad hair transplant?

Went to what I later realized was called a hair mil. Can’t say the name of the clinic or else the post gets taken down but something like (cO$mEdica).

I’m about 8 months in and haven’t seen anymore new hairs come in since move 4-5 and pretty much been the same since then. I know it takes 12-18 months but pretty much every hair transplant I’ve seen only the density gets better not amount of hairs coming in from month 9-12 which is almost where I’m at now.

They told me 4000 grafts but I found out they lie about count for some reason probably more like 1500-2500

For anyone looking to get one done make sure you go directly to the doctor yourself rather than them handing off the work to technicians.

Was this a poorly done hair transplant?

Not happy at all unfortunately but I know in the next months it will at least be a bit better

Low density?

I noticed my post op photos look a little less dense than the ones I see of you guys especially the (3rd photo) where you can see the scabs the next day.

Looks super spaced out so worried it won’t be super dense at all

Low density??

Need opinions because I think the place I went to didn’t pack the grafts close enough compared to the other good ones I saw.

I wish I was on this page before I got mine done or else I would have went to someone different.

For context I went to a famous hair mil in turkey but I can’t say the name for some reason or else the post gets taken down. So I’ll misspell it (cosm3dica)

They told me 4000 grafts but I learned that they lie about graft count for some reason

I’m 6 months in and I know it says online you should see only 40-50% of the results but there’s a lot of hairs missing it seems and post op it doesn’t look dense at all.

Curious to hear y’all’s thoughts

Am I cooked?

You can basically see my old hairline through the transplanted hairs and even my photos from post operation it doesn’t look super tight.

Low density?

Just want to preface that I know there are people with way less density than this so I’m glad I’m not in that bucket.

But I still think this is pretty low density compared to the others I see that are tightly packed together.

Curious to hear y’all’s thoughts. I have other updates on my page currently on month 5 when posting this.

5 months - Failed or Bad Hair Transplant?

EDIT: take a look at my most recent post I uploaded none blurry photos since you can’t really tell in these

5 months post op. I want to get some advice because everyone is saying to wait until a year or so before thinking or worrying but I think that’s just cope.

can someone give me an honest transparent answer on if this.

i started seeing other people’s hair transplant post op and after a few months around same as mine and noticed that mine is significantly less dense not only at month 5 but even immediately after the surgery

it doesn’t look like the technicians put the grafts close enough together or packed enough and left a lot of room between each hair.

let me know your thoughts or opinions.

Help as well

I uploaded another post with just the immediate post op photos but wanted to include what it looks like now. 5 months in. I know I won’t see full results until a year or so from now but I can’t help but notice that there are hairs that look like they are alone and not dense at all especially on the sides.

i noticed that it’s like that in my post op photo also so I want to know if they just didn’t put enough density and later on I’ll need a second session or what do you guys think?

NEED HELP

I got a hair transplant and I think the density is a little loose on the sides. this is one day post op. I’m 5 months in and I’m noticing there’s hairs missing. I know everyone says to wait until later months but I’m looking at this photo now and am realizing that maybe they didn’t put enough hairs in that area
