guys any predictions for thresholds cie cuz apparently since we have poe thresholds might be high

is it possible to go from a c in as level to an a in alevels cause i just did my phys paper and it was really bad but like in uae exam got cancelled so poe evidence was mock paper which went bad and im not sure about thresholds but i think i might get like 85/125 or 90 im not sure apparently its a c which im kinda scared of

I’m planning to study cheme here in the UAE. I’m not sure which universities are the best and still affordable, and I also don’t fully understand how university works. So any info as of now would be really helpful
