taking on a temporary manager position
is it worth it?
one manager is on leave for an indefinite amount of time, i’ve been asked if i would want to take on that managers position until they’re able to return. i was planning on leaving michael’s this summer, should i say no? i never wanted to be a manager in the first place but i feel guilty saying no
