Ostarine PCT
Do I need to do PCT for Ostarine? I have heard it’s light enough not to, but I have heard you still need to? If so what do yall recommend for the PCT? Thanks.

Take down if not allowed! I have a break in service and am wanting to come back in. I was hoping someone here was PSYOP at one point and I could talk to them about the career field and selector prep !
Aight fellas one more question😂. Also I am not sure if this is a recruiting question or SWAS particular, so forgive me! I am going to stuck in EAOC for about a month and a half, what exactly does it consist of? Does that mean I am going to be stuck on staff duty and alike? What about things like pool access/comp. I am tripping I will lose progress before I am able to even start SWAS. Anyone got any info? Thanks.
I was referred to this page regarding my question! I am about to start training for AFSOC and one of the requirements is a 2 25M underwater swims. I can do it ( barely ). Towards the end I kinda freak out! I got my keyhole stroke down, but how do I cut down on the strokes as well as what techniques do you guys do to hold your breath for long periods of time or with a higher heart rate? Thank you all!
I’m about to go to SWAS for tacp I have been hearing a lot of people are failing land nav. I am a former scout so all we did was land navigate is there anything different about it? I can’t really find any info on it. Since I’m prior service I only get one shot lmao
