BIO mom kept his last name, I get why, so she could have the same name as the kid.

BUT it’s one of those little things that sucks/hurts.
I would to be #2 or have to explain I’m the stepmom. She even kept it on social media with no (maiden name) or anything.

It’s one of those silly little things most step-mom’s have to deal with as a lot of bio moms want the same last name has the kids. When you try to explain to a 1st wives or none-stepparent they really dont get it. “A last name shouldn’t be a big deal”

Sometimes I just don’t want to share the same last name has a person who sucks.

It started as a side project it’s now my “full time job” (I’m a SAHW). I’ve been reselling (mostly) clothes online (poshmark/deopop/ebay) occasionally some furniture on Facebook marketplace. I’m making in profit $1,500-$3000 average a month. Yes I know this isn’t anything crazy but it’s a great little side money. This is the first year I’m going to make over $10k in profit reselling. I really want to take it seriously as a job and business.

But I’m wondering if I should start at LLC for my business. Is there any major benefits? When should I get a separate credit card and bank accounts for it? Right now I buy with my personal card and the sales money goes into my personal account.

(before anybody else I have been paying taxes on it.)
