Hello, I’m looking for a roommate for my 2-bedroom apartment. The Apartment is near the S&T campus by Schuman Park and close to downtown Rolla. The walk to campus is 2 minutes, I can see campus out the windows. I am a 21yo female sophomore studying electrical engineering and would prefer a female roommate. The living room and kitchen are furnished already. The rent would be $320 a month (water is included in the rent), and electricity and gas would be split. It is through Investment realty.
