Could my i13900k overheating be the sole issue for these BSOD error messages?
Asking this out of frustration with my PC being serviced for months already (since August), and I still haven't got a definitive answer. Got the info about the overheating problem roughly two weeks ago. Bought the PC in 2023, found out about the issues with the specific CPU months after I bought it. I had hoped it would never happen, but here we are. It started with singular crashes in July; I thought nothing of it at first. By the end of the same month, I couldn't even properly turn on the PC, and it already crashed.
The errors are as follows:

Additional info:
-system got reinstalled clean; there were only system files, and these still appeared
-RAM is fine
-graphics card (rtx4090) is supposedly fine (the insurance guys handling these do not disclose clear info whether something is wrong with it after checking; it had to be checked separately, not by a guy who is servicing my PC overall due to insurance policy.
