I just got an email that said that my IOS2601 test is due on the 11th. The website itself doesn't say the 11th, nor an announcement or tutorial letter regarding the dates. Also the camera notification doesn't come on when I open the tab with the assignment on it. I assume that means it's open book, though it might just be one of the millions of technical issues.

This university gives me sever heart palpitations.

I don't remember it being stated anywhere, but other exams using the invigilator app require it. Just being sure.
