I've been accepted on these offers, but I'm a bit conflicted on choosing between 1st and 3rd choice. Which do you think is best option to take, given all the recent developments of AI on mathemetics. I'm looking to work my way up to maybe an Honours or Masters in Financial Engineering or any other option that'll be relevant 3 years from now
I've been accepted to study at UNISA next year and trying to decide on how many modules to do. I can dedicate 120-130 hours per month (excluding leave days etc.) to my studies. On UNISA's website there's an example schedule for part-time studying. Is this a realistic schedule to follow for 10 modules?

Does Unisa still use mylife? I tried to login and it said I was blocked and had to contact Unisa but I’ve emailed them 3 times over the past month and got no response.
Is there another email they actually respond to?

Hi y’all. I’m panicking. So I have WhatsApp on my laptop and I forgot to “Quit” it(Mac), I only closed it….so I received a call while I was writing and I hung up and quit WhatsApp… I know this is due to my own negligence, I already feel terrible. I’m obviously gonna get flagged by IRIS. I wanted to ask if this has ever happened to anyone and what the outcome was.
UNISA: Accepted for 3rd choice but waitlisted for my first two
Hi everyone! I've been accepted for my third-choice BA, but my first two choices are still waitlisted. I have to accept the offer today or tomorrow, or it will be automatically withdrawn.
If I accept now, can I still be considered for my other choices and switch if I get accepted? Also, what are the chances of getting in when you're waitlisted?
I don't want to lose my spot, but I'd prefer one of my first two choices. Any advice would be appreciated!
I'm currently in a discussion with an associate professor regarding a module where the primary lecturer has been MIA for the entire year.
Assignments are still outstanding, and the exam is next week.
In this discussion, I was told that the primary lecturer uploaded videos and links to YouTube (he did not), and that means we should be just fine passing this module. My response to him was that we do not pay to watch videos, we pay to be educated by lecturers appointed to do exactly that.
This isn't my first rodeo with Unisa, but honestly, it is by far the worst. Good luck to us all!
Edit: Primary and secondary lecturers of a stats module were both instructed by the department head to conduct an exam prep/assignment review session today ahead of the exam on Monday. Neither of them has bothered to show up. I rest my case.
I have just received my mark for an assignment and they reduced my mark to 10% claiming i used ai but i did not. I am too scared to even claim further investigation or go through due process as i do not even know how to prove that i did not. Do i just take my L?
Hi guys i am getting a bit worried about my application as i applied 2 weeks ago but for the last week it has been saying this, meanwhile i saw a few people sharing that they have already been accepting and are waiting for the 2027 academic year to start so that they can register. Anyone with a clue as to whats going on ?
