Ik that most cis women that have full hysterectomies will undergo HRT to help manage the menopausal symptoms of the surgery and its aftermath but since Im already on a form of HRT (3yrs on T) how will those symptoms effect me?

Has anyone on here (post op only) run into issues with menopause symptoms? How did u manage? How long did they last post op?

Has anyone here had to change their T dose to better cope with these symptoms or have to change it for other reasons?

To those who havent had menopausal symptoms, wut other things should I expect post op?

I'm trying to get on my way with phalloplasty n ik the first thing I'll need done is a hysterectomy but idk what to do to start this process (in terms of going thru insurance). Ik for my top surgery I needed 1 letter from my licensed therapist n 1 from my PCP but is this any different? Who do I call to know what they'd want on the letters? How was the process for those in Cali? Any peticular common issues that are avoidable n how to keep from getting them?

I have MediCal n am in Northern California if that helps.

I've been on T for almost 3yrs now n my bottom growth has GROWN n is continuing to grow...a lot. I use a pump I bought from transguysupply a while ago n it works like a charm. Only problem is that the biggest cylinder it comes with only 1in long n i it doesnt fit anymore. I'm lookin for 1.25" & 2" cylinders or a 2" & 3" cylinder set. I feel like I've scoured the internet n i still cant seem to find the right cylinders by themselves. Any help is greatly appreciated :)
