Olive Oil Purchase
Recently picked up Byrsa olive oil and wanted to share my thoughts. I don’t cook with it — I mainly take small shots of it with meals usually around 6–8g at a time, about three times daily. I expected it to be overwhelmingly strong tasting because of the extremely high polyphenol content but it’s actually surprisingly smooth and well balanced. Before this I was using Bariani Early Harvest which I also really enjoyed but Byrsa has definitely impressed me so far.
